Manpower are currently recruiting for production operatives in the Grimsby area.
The working hours for this position are 6AM - 2PM and the factory operates six days a week, Monday - Saturday. For the right candidates this position is temporary to permanent after 10 weeks.
The pay rate for the position is GBP8.72 per hour with paid breaks & over time at time and a half after 40 hours.
As Part of the position, you will be working on different production lines, such as coating, IQF or grader. The majority of lines consist of;
- Packing finished product into boxes
- Feeding raw material onto the line
- separating the product on the line
- making boxes using hand held taper
The ideal candidate will be confident with working as part of a team, and capable of independent work. they Will also have basic numerical skills, basic English language skills, good punctuality, and an awareness for Health and Safety.
