We have been retained by our client to recruit an experienced, MRICS/FRICS qualified Regional Surveyor.
To be responsible for buy to let and residential business covering the East Midlands. Home working.

- Carry out valuations in accordance with company lending criteria, RICS Red Book and internal procedures.
- Help to manage the Receiver of Rent, Repossession and Power of sales cases, to include tenant contact and liaison when required, valuation, condition and Health and Safety reporting, management of repairs, market strategy advice (both sales and lettings)
- Undertake specific tasks which may vary from general definitions
- Contribute to the Building Insurance function
- Complete validations of panel surveyor valuation reports in respect of regional and if required, reports on properties within other regions
- Comply with RIC regulations
- Candidates will possess building/surveying knowledge in addition to the RICS qualification and Valuer Registration Scheme. Up to date CPD and clean current driving licence...... click apply for full job details
