Position: HGV Technician
Location: Bradford
Shift: Nights Mon-Thurs 10pm-6.30am, Fri 9pm-4.00am
Hourly Rate: GBP17.43 per hour / GBP35.5K per year
Contract: Permanent
My client, a specialist fleet maintenance organisation with depots across the country is actively seeking to a skilled and experienced HGV Technician to work in their workshop facility in Bradford.
Working a 39 hour week Monday - Friday, the successful HGV Technician will be required to undertake all aspects of vehicle service, maintenance and repair on a mixed fleet of heavy commercial vehicles from a range of manufacturers.
The HGV Technician will have the following;
Should be qualified to City and Guilds / NVQ Level Three
Have served a full HGV Technician apprenticeship
Have practical understanding of using information technology and systems to deliver objectives
Have a detailed understanding of all aspects of vehicle service, maintenance and repairs
Demonstrates commercial awareness and has a good understanding and experience of a busy workshop operating environment
The successful HGV Technician will receive a basic hourly rate of GBP17.43 per hour with overtime available should you wish to increase your earnings.
Idelaly you will hold a Class 1 HGV Licence
