Alongside our very successful commercial training, Fuel have been on the ROATP from the beginning in March 2017. We specialise in leadership and management apprenticeship programmes - delivering Level 3 and Level 5.
We have already put over 300+ leaders through apprenticeship programme EPA with a 100% pass rate with over 98% achieving distinction or merit.
We are fairly unique - we have a fully employed team of professional specialist facilitators, quality coaches, functional skills tutors, administrators and leadership team. We never subcontract work out and maintain complete control over the quality of our products and services.
We are looking for the right person to support us during a period of growth and join the team immediately. There is potential for this role to become permanent.
You will need to have experience of administering apprenticeships and be familiar with the responsibilities that an apprenticeship provider must have. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy role and is keen to contribute to the overall success and development of our business.
You will responsible for carrying out all administration and compliance related tasks for our apprenticeship programmes. Your day to day responsibilities will include:
?? Maintaining our relationship with the ESFA ensuring compliance with funding rules are met.
?? Accurately inputting data into our systems allowing for a timely draw down of funding each month.
?? Input data and information accurately into spreadsheets, databases and other contractual documentation and paperwork
?? Maintaining effective learner records by checking all paperwork is in accordance to relevant funding requirements.
?? Providing clear, accurate data relating to business performance as part of a regular reporting schedule.
?? Maintaining timely and accurate records of a range of data and information sources
?? Ensuring the timely submission of data to ensure deadlines for funding submissions are met.
?? Working alongside the Finance Director to provide timely and accurate data to allow them to accurately forecast monthly income.
?? Completing compliance checks to ensure that all funding drawn down on a monthly basis is accurate and that funding clawback is avoided.
?? Full responsibility for the PICS system ensuring that the system is utilised effectively and produces accurate data reports.
?? Ensuring the ILR Upload is completed 100% accurately on a monthly basis.
What do you need to qualify for this role?
?? Previous experience of administrating apprenticeships.
?? Knowledge of PICS MI System and DAS
?? Excellent prioritisation skills.
?? Great organisation and communication skills with a flexible approach to work.
?? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
?? Capacity to communicate with stakeholders at all levels to interpret, present and analyse data effectively.
?? The ability to solve problems in a complex environment with meticulous attention to detail.
?? Ability to conduct audit activity against ESFA/EFA Funding requirements and use findings to further improve processes and performance.
?? Ability to build effective and positive relationships both internally and externally.
