We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Occupational Health Manager to join them at their based in Horley on a 12 month fixed term contract (There will be the possibility that the role could become a permanent post) You will be joining our client at an exciting time as bring their Occupational Health service back in-house.
You will be helping to establish, manage and build their national OH service so travel accross the UK will be required as and when required. This is an excellent opportunity to challenge the succesful candidate as they develop and shape our clients Occupational Health Service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish, Manage & create a new in-house team
* Ensure that the in-house solution is appropriate and delivers a fit for purpose service for the key stakeholders.
* Lead on and assist with the development and implementation of occupational proceedures.
* Manage OH Nurses & Technicians to deliver the OH service]
* Deliver a Health & Wellbeing programme.
Salary - circa GBP60k per annum + Excellent Benefits Package.
