Mae'r swydd wag ar gyfer Swyddog Cynllunio, a fydd yn gyfrifol am gyflawni ffranwaith polisi adfywio'r Cyngor a chynorthwyo wrth baratoi a chyflawni'r cynlluniau datblygu statudol (lleol a rhanbarthol), gan gynnwys paratoi dogfennau cynllunio ategol ac atodol, gan gydymffurfio â'r holl weithdrefnau cysylltiedig.

Rhaid bod gennych gymhwyster Lefel 6 (Gradd neu Ddiploma) achrededig y Sefydliad Cynllunio Trefol Brenhinol ar Fframwaith Credydau a Chymwysterau Cymru ym maes Cynllunio Trefol.

Planning Services – Strategic Planning
The above post is a permanent post
An experienced planner is required to fill a newly created permanent post in the established Strategic Planning Team.
The vacancy is for a Planning Officer, who will be responsible for completing the delivery of the council’s regeneration policy framework and assisting in the preparation and delivery of statutory development plans (local and regional), including the preparation of supporting and supplementary planning documents, complying with all associated procedures.
You must be a team player and be able to work effectively with other service areas, external bodies and the general public and will be required to arrange and host engagement events. Preferably you would have experience of regeneration and/or policy planning although this is not essential.
Your responsibilities will include preparing and delivering the remaining 2 regeneration masterplans for the county borough and making significant contributions towards maintaining the statutory policy framework for the county borough including supporting the Principal Planning Officers in plan preparation, consultation, appraisal, monitoring and implementation.
You must possess RTPI accredited Level 6 (Degree or Diploma) qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales in Town Planning.
