Customer Services Administrator
Dry Ice UK Ltd are looking for a sharp, confident and diligent person to provide customer service based support at our office in Appian Way, Grimsby.
The position is for 30 hours per week, Mon-Thu (note: it may be possible to adjust this to suit individual preferences). The role will include the following core functions:
- Customer service support (telephone, email and in person).
- Order processing
- General telephone handling (incoming and outgoing)
- Data input
- General administrative support to existing staff
The ideal candidate for this varied role must have good communication and organisational skills and be proficient using IT & software applications with MS office, Word and Excel an advantage.
Due to the varied nature of the business, candidates from a variety of work backgrounds will be considered.
