Senior HGV Recruitment Consultant - Stoke on Trent. (Home based role)
GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 p/annum, Car allowance, laptop, Iphone
I am currently looking to add to the national driving team covering the Stoke and surrounding areas, this role will be based from your home where you will plan site visits to surrounding companies to establish their Driving requirements giving you the work life balance that recruiters are becoming more and more accustomed to. You will be an experienced Driving Consultant that is looking for a step up in your career or a Senior Consultant/ Manager that is looking to maximise on your earnings whilst being given the autonomy and training to achieve your goals. The Search national driving team is one of the most successful in our industry and are fast becoming the driving recruiter of choice for all of our clients. You will need to be passionate about driving whilst wanting to give the best possible service to both candidates and clients, due to the nature of our industry you will be required to take calls from clients out of office hours on a rota basis.
You will be required to attend a weekly catch up meeting in our Manchester office, there will also be 3 training courses schedules in the first 3 months of the start date lasting 3 days each in total. (Hotel accommodation will be provided for this should it be required).
Making outbound sales calls to Transport Managers/ Planners
Arranging site visits to establish requirements
Interviewing Drivers face to face and via our on line registration process
Negotiating rates and fees
Candidate attraction via social media and job boards
Referencing candidatesMust have:
Minimum of 12 months working as a Driving Consultant
Good geographical knowledge of Stoke and surrounding areas
A full UK driving licence
