Probate Paralegal/Fee Earner

TM solicitors act for clients across the UK specialising in probate and will disputes.

Due to continued growth TM Solicitors seeks an enthusiastic team player to undertake a professional administration role in support of current probate fee earners.

Principal duties will include assisting fee earners with initial telephone queries, and as well as completing daily administration tasks in support of probate administration.

The ideal candidate will have previously worked for a Solicitor, bank or insurance company and have experience in wills and probate. They must be a team player and have excellent communication skills, a pleasant and professional telephone manner and be able to multi-task and prioritise workloads.

Part Time Hours 25 hours per week. The role is based at Brough Nr Hull, with flexible working.
