The role will involve:
- Accurately recording of defects into our computerised system
- Keep vehicle files up to date with legal documents required
- Collect and record weekly engineers' job sheets
- Create incoming Rota packs, open and close work orders in Oracle and file documentation
- Complete DICs forms in time and accurately
- Ordering stationery, arranging recovering of vehicles, dealing with specific suppliers.
