LWC Drinks are one of the largest and most diverse product portfolios in the industry. They are now looking to bring two IT Apprentices to their business in a role that will involve working on networking issues and troubleshooting any general IT issues.

Working in a team of 5, Roles & Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- General IT Support
- Fixing network problems
- Setting up and maintaining accounts
- Troubleshooting printers, laptops, and other devices
Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge:
- Good telephone manner
- Good attitude to work
- PC knowledge
- Understanding of a service desk
- Team player
- Grade 4 in Maths or Functional Skills Level 2
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- GBP8092.59 per annum
- Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm or 9.00am - 5.00pm
- Weekend cover/allowance
- 20 days holiday entitlement, plus bank holidays

- Subsidised bus pass to support travel
There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme. You, along with your employer, may progress to a Level 4 programme, and take your training even further.
