Elevation Recruitment Group are currently looking for 3 Temporary Customer Service Executives to join a thriving office based on the outskirts of Rotherham.
As part of a small customer service team you will be responsible for delivering 1st class service to all customers via email, live chat and telephone.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer all incoming emails and calls
* Liaise with other departments when required
* Manage all returns efficiently and liaise with couriers when necessary
* Communicate professionally over Live Chat to help resolve any queries
Essentials:
*Proficient in using ICT equipment and systems, including Microsoft Office programs
*Enthusiastic, friendly and professional telephone manner
*Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
