In this varied role you will oversee service engineer schedules, liaise with a number of different clients, provide quotations and ensure contracts are completed to the desired standard.

This role would suit a Service Co-ordinator / Controller from an engineering background.

The Role:

• Scheduling and managing field service engineers workloads.
• Dealing with customer queries and processing orders.
• Days based role Monday - Friday (no weekends).

The Person:

• Previous experience in service administration, co-ordinator or controller role.
• Engineering background preferred.
• Looking for training and progression opportunities.
