This will initially be an office based role with the possibility of moving to home based working once up to speed.

Our long standing client is looking to recruit an experienced Help Desk Engineer to provide initial remote support of all equipment, systems, network infrastructure and solutions. From initial call you will be responsible for logging the details and providing initial diagnosis and fault fixing if possible.

You will have the ability to trouble shoot and 'think on your fee' and have sound technical skills.

Experience Required:

* 1-2 years recent experience within 1st line support

* Experience of remote support

* Experience of trouble shooting and diagnosing faults over the telephone

* A Willingness to undertake Microsoft exams

* Exceptional customer services skills

* IT related qualification

Hours: 8 - 5.30 with lunch break
