We are currently looking for an outstanding Senior Digital Campaign Manager to create and produce powerful campaigns across a wide range of digital channels. We truly believe that producing amazing campaigns is an art form and we are looking for an individual who feels passionately about the impact that they can have on our business.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
* How we communicate through our digital channels is at the very heart of our marketing strategy and helps to drive millions of new jobseekers to our websites each month as well as companies who are looking to hire those people. We are hugely ambitious about increasing our digital reach and optimising our campaign channel strategy to fulfil our mission to be the #1 choice for job searching and hiring.
* Our brands might be well known to millions of people, but we need to make sure that we continue to engage and re-engage with all our audiences effectively. This often comes down to the quality, frequency and strategy behind of our digital campaigns, and the choice of our written words. We have a highly diverse audience set across B2C and B2B and we need to ensure that our digital campaigns drive attraction and engagement through relevancy and value.
* The Senior Digital Campaign Manager will need to truly understand those audiences and be responsible for creating powerful digital campaigns which strike the right chord with them. You will research, develop and deliver campaign and content ideas in a variety of digital formats and platforms, predominantly through email, to maximise engagement with our key audiences.
* A key brand ambassador, the Senior Digital Campaign Manager will work closely with our wider marketing teams and business stakeholders to define and maintain attractive and engaging campaigns which deliver value and clarity to our audience.
ABOUT YOU:
* This is a role for someone who is still actively creating digital campaigns themselves, either in-house or agency side, and considers this a key personal strength. You will know the difference between a subject line, headline, pre-header, page title, H1 tag and text ad, with the ability to write content which is highly effective in each scenario.
* You will be able to demonstrate success in campaigns which have been driven by the strategy and content you have created, but also able to showcase how you have impacted business KPIs through your work.
* You will have outstanding storytelling and writing abilities, a strong understanding of managing a campaign-led digital presence and experience in developing mass-marketing campaigns, particularly across email.
* You will be creative with a common sense and logical approach to your work. You will have a talent for creating campaigns which are impactful and the ability to create that true balance between content, frequency, timing and relevancy.
* We are looking for a self-starter with the ability to be a flexible and enthusiastic team player with a track record of delivering across multiple projects in a fast-moving environment. You will be able to effectively interpret a brief whilst also having the ability to spot opportunity and improve on the digital campaigns that we currently have in place. You will need to have amazing attention to detail and a winning mentality, with the ability to create tangible value from the work you do
