Salary: GBP22,000 - GBP25,000

We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant on behalf of our client in St Asaph, North Wales. Our client is one of Europe's largest lawn care company, with over 200 branches nationwide. They have built a brand that people admire and has been making lawns look beautiful, lush and weed-free for over 32 years.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work with the marketing team to build, drive and execute the social media strategy and tactical plans to grow both reach and brand awareness

* Manage the content calendar, draft appropriate and relevant content and publish on all social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn).

* Responsible for driving sales opportunities through organic and paid social media activity,

* Optimisation as well as monitoring social KPIs, feeding into the weekly and monthly marketing reports as well as creating campaign-specific reports to demonstrate ROI.

* Create content and design supporting graphics and images using Photoshop and Illustrator.

* Facilitate all social media contests & giveaways in line with company objectives

* Lead Customer communications to ensure a consistent message across all contact points and in line with Brand objectives; write content, revise templates and proof documents.

* Manage online reputation by monitoring and responding to reviews and comments on Trust Pilot, Yelp, Google My Business and other relevant sites

* Responsible for increasing engagement from existing customers and connections resulting in increased customer satisfaction scores

Special Requirements:

To be successful in this position you will need:

* Hands-on social media experience, specifically with using multichannel analysis and reporting tools, gained from a similar role.

* You will need creative and conceptual skills, to be able to come up with engaging social topics and post formats.

* Ability to respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner utilising skills from relevant areas of the business

* Experience of paid social activity is essential and previous use of Salesforce Social Studio is preferred.

* Previous Customer Relations/Service and experience in complaint handling
