Supervising, coaching and training
Excellent Customer service
Assist the Manager with the smooth running of the Restaurant & Bars day to day operations
Working as part of a great team
Service of food & drinks
Delivering brand standards
Maximising opportunities to sell
Maintaining high standards of Heal
