Lee and Plumpton are looking for someone to join the team on a fixed term basis. We are an established, leading UK manufacturer of office furniture and joining our Company will give you a great opportunity to develop your customer services experience.
Key duties of the Customer Services Advisor:
* Provide high levels of verbal and written communication to both external and internal customers.
* Place orders on our systems.
* Liaise with appropriate departments to ensure agreed timeframes and requirements are met.
* Process returns notes and replacement orders.
* Resolve customer enquiries.
Skills and experience required:
* IT literate and experience of working with Microsoft Office.
* Good numeracy and literacy skills.
* Experience of providing excellent customer service.
* Positive, friendly and a customer orientated attitude.
* Ability to identify and solve problems in a timely and professional manner.
* Be a team player.
* Be proactive.
* Strong attention to detail.
We offer:
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08.30 am to 17.00 pm.
Salary: GBP18,276 per annum (pro-rata to 6 months).
Contract: 6 month fixed term contract starting as soon as possible.
Benefits: Nest pension, Death in Service insurance and onsite parking.
Location: Based in Attleborough, Norfolk.
