Trainee Parts Advisor
Working for a highly successful and established company, we are looking for someone preferably who wants to start a career within the automotive parts industry.
FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
Would suit anyone that enjoys doing a great administrative and customer services role.
It is working in the ground care division, dealing with parts associated with machinery for ground care ( Industrial Lawn Mowers, Tractors, Cutters, Diggers etc). Clients include golf clubs, private estates, farms, local authorities and private individuals.
The company has exclusive dealerships with particular groundcare machinery and an expansive and loyal database of clients.
The Parts Advisor will provide excellent customer service and administration tasks to both internal and external customers, handling their orders face to face, over the telephone and via email.
You must be computer literate, possess good administration skills.
This particular company, has an excellent reputation for looking after its staff. They are always providing training to staff, for continuous improvement, and historically their staff tend to stay with them for many years.
If you really enjoy dealing with customers and enjoy being part of a team with a "can do" attitude, then this position, is definitely worth considering.
THE ROLE
The Parts Advisor will also be responsible for:
* Raising transaction invoices
* Picking, packing, and dispatching parts
* Resolving queries on supply and delivery
* Accepting payment by cash, credit card and cheque
* Maintaining stock levels and ensuring effective stock rotation
* Placing parts orders with suppliers and liaising on delivery times
* Receiving, invoicing and putting away parts deliveries
* Handling supplier returns
SKILLS REQUIRED
You must be computer literate, possess good administration skills.
The successful candidate will be;
* Computer literate
* Possess good verbal and written skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Problem solving skills
* Possess the ability to think 'outside the box'.
