We are currently recruiting for a Title Checker to join a highly reputable, friendly Conveyancing firm within Northampton.
This is a great role for someone who currently works within conveyancing who is looking to continue within their chosen career whilst focusing on a specific area of conveyancing.
The selected candidate will have a good working knowledge of all transaction types and the experience to title check to a high standard with minimum supervision.
Duties
To meet the time scale and billing targets set by the department.
To raise any necessary and pertinent enquiries as required.
To report on the title to the premises to the client in a comprehensive and cohesive manner.
The ability to interpret and report on searches.
To liaise with the live conveyancing teams and provide them with information for complex transactions as they arise.The Candidate
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience within conveyancing 2 + years preferred
Title Checking - 2 + years preferred
Good time management,
Adaptable with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
Self motivated
