My client is looking for a Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join their team in Devizes.

The team

Due to expansion they are recruiting for a Contentious Trusts & Probate Solicitor to join the department. You will be at the forefront, working alongside a Partner, dealing with a high quality caseload.

The Private Client department is currently flourishing with plans to continue to grow in line with increased workflow. It is a vibrant and hard working team and Contentious Probate is an increasing area.

The role

You will take have the opportunity to work on a caseload that covers all aspects of contentious private client litigation.

There is plenty of opportunity to grow and develop the work and you will be encouraged and given the independence to build relationships with other departments and external referrers.

Salary and benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package which includes a minimum of 26 days of holiday per year plus bank holidays.

You will be able to earn a discretionary bonus which encapsulates not just fee earning but other areas of the role such as networking, building your brand or mentoring junior members of staff.
