With at least five years of residential property conveyancing under your belt, it may be the right time for you to see what other opportunities are out there - this could potentially be that next prospect.

You will be responsible for the whole process on behalf of your clients, including researching information, sending terms of engagement, obtain and check land registry documents, draft sales contracts, collating legal and financial documents and finally exchanging contracts to complete the transaction, constantly ensuring that you are protecting your clients' interests at all times.

Utilising your experience, you will carry out pre-contract searches, check mortgage instructions from lenders and undertake specific tasks required, prepare and transfer deeds, process funds and pay stamp taxes. There is also an element of managing support services, including the supervision of support staff, so confidence in providing strong leadership is essential.

Of course, you will also be expected to develop further business opportunities from existing clients whilst also being proactive in developing relationships and work from new clients.

Salary is dependent on experience; however, you will need to have held a similar role for a minimum of 5 years.

Location is based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.
