Production Operative
Interaction Recruitment is the UK's fastest growing independent recruiter with offices Nationwide. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Operative to fulfil an ongoing temporary assignment for our client in Heanor, Derbyshire.
Hours of work: Split Rotating Shift Monday to Friday (Days: 5am/1pm & Afternoons: 1.30pm/10.30pm)
You will be working in a busy Factory environment where you will be responsible for a range of duties across a designated area.
Key responsibilities:
Carry out packing tasks so that the products produced are packed and loaded to the prescribed standards with respect to quantity and quality.
Carrying out work in the dispensary, Label room, control room
Manual Handling material up to 25kg
Operating machinery
General Warehouse Duties as requested by Supervisors/Management
Follow Health & Safety Regulations
"On the job" training will be provided.
The ideal candidate must have:
Demonstrate experience of working within a busy Production, Factory or Warehouse environment (at least 2 years experience)
Able to work in a fast pace environment
FLT Counterbalance - desired/not essential
Hard working attitude
Good eye for details
Basic Literacy and Numeracy skills
Manual Handling
Excellent Timekeeping
Reliable and Committed
Able to follow instruction
