We are looking for Support Workers in Hampshire and surrounds areas to cover various shifts from full time, part time and relief to suit you. We offer fantastic benefits, training and a great team environment.
Raven Recruitment looking for support workers who:
* can support someone to have the life they want to live.
* Are flexible to work in areas around hampshire and within the local areas.

Able support all our clients ( People we support) and provide the level of support which is required,
* Support people we support with daily tasks such as personal care, cooking, shopping, attending appointments to going out to pub to watch football, have lunch out, going to cinema and many more activities. All the activities are tailored to the person needs and wishes.
* Work very closely with the families and professionals involved in people's lives to ensure that their care and support as personalised and possible.

* What we need from you
* Minimum 6 months experience of working within a care enviroment, or willing to learn as a new carer (Limited spaces avalible)
