We are looking to recruit an experienced, customer focused, Security Officer for a prestigious client in the Colchester area.
This is a very customer focused role, so we are seeking to recruit personnel with a very high level of customer service skills, very good communication skills, both verbally and written.
The successful candidate must also be computer literate and hold a valid SIA Licence.
The Job Purpose:
- To Maintain safe and secure environment for customers by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
- Providing a high level of customer service.
Main Duties:
-To be a point of contact for all users and to provide very high level of customer service
- Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; inspecting the building, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
- Informing visitors of clients policy's and procedures;
- Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences when necessary.

This is a full time, permanent position covering a rota pattern over a 7 day working week. The shifts are daytime and evenings for 6 or 8 hours so you must be happy to work days, evenings and weekends.
