Property Litigation Solicitor (Part Time)

Solicitors practice in Worthing seeks Property Litigation / Civil Litigation Solicitor to work on a part-time basis (2-3 days a week). You will be dealing with an existing caseload including including L&T and boundary disputes, possession proceedings, neighbour disputes and rent recovery matters. Any experience with business tenancy disputes or Construction litigation is an advantage. Candidates will be working on a part-time basis (days/hours TBC)
