Commercial Property Manager cGBP40,000 plus bonus
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join an extremely well established company.
Duties/attributes:
Liaise with landlords and tenants in all aspects of property management
Carry out property management inspections
Manage service charges with associated budget/reconciliations
Deal with landlord consents and agreement of licences for subletting, assignments or alterations
Lease renewals (both inside and outside the Landlord and Tenant Act)
Rent reviews
Maintenance of landlord's statutory obligations (gas safety inspections, Health & Safety, fire risk assessments etc)
Updating property databases, assisting with the disposal of properties and appointing and managing 3rd party solicitors and contractors
Practical and demonstrable experience of commercial property management
Experience of managing third parties such as solicitors, professional advisors and contractors
Experience of service charge management
Excellent written and communication skills and ability to build relationships
Proactive, organised and able to use your own initiative to prioritise workloads
Ability to work in a team and support a common goal with strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
