My client is seeking an experienced Tenancy Enforcement Officer to encourage compliance with tenancy terms and conditions on estates.
take appropriate enforcement action to deal with all breaches of tenancy including nuisance and anti-social behaviour occurring within housing properties or estates
liaising with appropriate agencies and other departments and leading the response on serious or complex cases, pursuing legal remedies where necessary or utilising mediation techniques to resolve problems where appropriate.
The post holder will be committed to the primary company objectives to ensure that a customer focused service is provided and that service delivery is to the highest standards of customer care and quality.
What we want from you
Experience providing Tenancy Enforcement
Up to Date working knowledge of homeless legislations including Homeless Reduction Act 2017.
Knowledge of legal processes on Tenancy Management, Assured Shorthold Tenancies, Licenses and EvictionIf you have previous experience in these areas and keen to develop your knowledge further this is a perfect team for you. Management that are willing to help all case managers be the best they can possibly along with a strong hour rate.
