Wild are working with a market leader of a great company, based in Milton Keynes. This is working as a Data Quality Manager managing a team of 8 executives. This is a fantastic opportunity to be really hands on, and get stuck in to a good working environment and make a difference.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 8 Executives
Coaching and developing the team
Recruitment
Support with training
Hold regular team development meetings
Reviewing the teams KPI's
Identify areas of improvement
Analyse data
Resolve any escalations
Report any changes in trends
You will be a leader of changeAs a Data Quality Manager you will need to have managerial experience within an office environment. You will need to be process driven and like to look at the finer detail. You will have experience coaching, reviewing KPi's, analysing data and looking at the root cause of problems. You will be motivated and a self-starter who likes to be hands on and get involved with all aspects of the department.
