ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
TEMP TO PERM
GBP9.89 to GBP10.99 per hour
(Depending on Experience)
Monday to Thursday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (1 hour lunch)
Friday 9:00 am to 3:30 pm (30 mins lunch)
Our client has been established in the heating and plumbing trade for over 30 years. They are small business based in Barnsley on a main bus route from the town centre and also offer free parking. The role is temporary initially with a view to becoming permanent for the right applicant. We are looking for someone who understands the stresses of a small business and who is able to work to deadlines.
Essential Experience/Qualities:
* Experience of Purchase Invoice Procedures is essential
* Accurate data input
* Extremely organised
* Able to work on own initiative
* Confident telephone manner
* Strong customer service skills
* Fully PC literate and able to use MS Office and Excel is essential
Duties to Include:
* Checking off invoices and prices to delivery notes (approx. 150 per week)
* Registering boiler fits on to relevant system
* Scanning boiler fitting information on to internal system
* Keeping a credit note register
* Answering calls and managing reception
* Coordinating repair works with customers and engineers
* Vehicle monitoring and management
* Filing
