Internal Quoting Estimator
We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an Internal Quoting Estimator for our client based in Sunbury on Thames.
Responsibilities:
To directly contribute to achieving Revenue Growth & Margin Improvement targets via the focus on quote generation, support and ultimately order growth for the department and business.
To develop relationships with regional customer base with aim of establishing repeat business and repeat opportunity to quote.
To develop relationships with all field engineers with the aim of working in unison to achieve growth and year on year improvement
Achieve individual and team KPI targets - Quotes Generated, Quotes Chased, Orders Received
Actively chase quotations and drive orders on a daily basis
Key Skills Required:
Customer focused
Highly numerate and articulate with good communication and telephone/customer facing skills
Commercial awareness - pricing and value propositions
Highly organised with the ability to plan and prioritise
Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales
Attention to detail
Team Player
PC literate and proficient in the use of MS Office/familiar with CRM systems
