This role will be based within a fast paced call centre where you will encourage key performances and lead a team with clear direction. You will be required to do 1-1 coaching, reviews and manage other call centre representatives.

Develop a team of 10-15 call centre representatives through in-depth coaching and mentoring.
Ensure your team is delivering high levels of customer service and professionalism to all customers
Setting and monitoring objectives, helping team members to achieve targets
Create a positive working environment for your team and setting up various activities to engage performance
Building a rapport with all team members and establish a good working environment Profile

The successful candidate will have experience managing and coaching a team within a call centre environment. You must be comfortable in making key decisions to benefit your team and be able to develop your teams individual skills to work to the businesses advantage. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to build a rapport with those around you. You must be able to pass a credit check.
