An opportunity has arisen within the Finchley area for a temporary Nursery Manager to oversee the smooth running of a well-established 72 place, Ofsted 'Good' setting. The nursery itself is based within a large Edwardian house which has been transformed and equipped to offer the highest standards of care for children 3 months to 5 years.
The inside of the nursery has been down into 2 under 2's rooms, 2 toddler rooms and one large pre-school room which is situated in a separate purpose built outbuilding. The children further have access to a nursery library, multi-sensory room and a beautiful large garden.
Our client is based within a quiet residential area with good transport links close-by. The temporary position would mean that the successful candidate would be contracted to work on a shift pattern Monday to Friday between 07.00am - 16.00pm or 09.30am - 18.30pm.
Minimum Role Requirements:
* You must have experience managing a minimum of a 60 place setting for more than 2 years.
* You must have experience managing an Oftsted 'Good' setting for a minimum of 2 years.
* Live within a 30 minute commute of the nursery.
The start date for this role will officially commence on Friday 27th of November however, the nursery is happy to be flexible in having a hand-over period the w/c 16th of November.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience - this contract will span between 6 - 12 weeks.
