Internal Quoting Estimator

Our client is looking for a Internal Quoting Estimator to be a part of a team of four raising quotes for new work, chasing and raising quotes with high attention to detail and excellent data entry skills.
You will need to have good communication skills and the ability to chase and escalate information with drive and energy and an ability to understand and work towards key performance indicators.

You will need to be able to;

Achieve individual and team KPI targets - Quotes Generated, Quotes Chased, Orders Received.
Work with technicians
Actively chase quotations and drive orders on a daily basis
Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel
Ability to work within team structure and also prioritise own workload
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
Complete quotations and chase for orders when required
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
Be an ambassador for Excellent Customer Service
Assist the Service Sales Field Teams with support where required
Work within the Lean/Kaizen Office methodologyA fantastically healthy basic with quarterly incentive scheme e.g. if the business grows 10%, the bonus is 10% bonus. Can earn upto GBP6-800 extra per quarter. Team have only failed to hit bonus once due to Corona recently.
