This company is a well established Building Services Contractor that has an extensive portfolio of services covering the whole building lifecycle, from construction to refurbishment, mechanical and electrical services, repairs and maintenance and facilities management. They have a number of regional offices across The Midlands and pride themselves on delivering the best customer experience possible.
THE ROLE:
As an Electrical Estimator, you will be working on Design & Build projects up to a value of GBP5 Million within a number of different sectors, including: Heatlhcare, Retail and Education. Your role will be to be responsible for the preparation of tenders and documentation, securing projects and ensuring continued liaison with the client. You will be attending pre and post tender meetings, assessing tender documents and evaluating risk in order to provide a fully detailed competitive tender.
THE PERSON:
To be considered for this role, you need to have experience of working across different sectors, such as: Social Housing, Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial and Local Authority. Furthermore, you need to have a demonstratable track record of success having previously worked within a Building Services environment.
