As a full-time Lettings Negotiator, you'll earn around GBP18,000 to GBP22,000 plus commission. Realistic on target earnings of GBP25-GBP27k in year one.

As a talented and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator based Manchester, and looking for your next exciting Lettings role, you'll have proven experience in property experience. In return for your skills, you'll receive an initial salary of up to GBP22,000 plus commission (which could take it to around GBP27,000), along with fantastic sales training that will allow you to grow and progress, giving you the ability to increase your potential earnings
Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Lettings Negotiator will include making offers on properties, acting as the first point of contact for valued customers, and providing excellent customer service at all times. Deal with any maintenance issues and administration.
