Customer Service Advisors required - City Centre location for training, with remote working.
Immediate start.
GBP9.74 per hour.

We are looking for full time Customer Service Advisors to join a large, fast paced Contact centre.
You will be working a 37 hour week between Monday to Saturday. Saturday hours are worked on a rota with your team.
Due to current Covid 19 restrictions, the training will be on site in the City Centre, but the work itself will be carried out remotely.
You will be receiving high volume inbound calls from the general public, including queries regarding refuse collection, tax queries, and general bill payments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Training will be provided, but previous Contact centre experience would be an advantage. You will have excellent IT skills and work well under pressure. You will have an excellent telephone manner and be keen to answer queries and resolve problems.
