Job title: Onsite Candidate Coordinator
About our Client : Chilled Logistics Distribution
Salary: GBP25,000
Hours: 05:00 - 15:00 (Monday to Friday)
Employment Type: Permanent
Start Date: Monday ASAP
Location: Bardon, LE67
Key responsibilities & duties:
Managing a temporary workforce - Rotas/Holiday Planning/Sick Cover
Recruitment of temporary workforce/Advertising and pre-screening, ensuring candidate files are fully compliant with all relevant legislation
Obtaining demand forecasting from the client to ensure effective planning
Producing KPI's and processing payroll
Adhering to strict deadlines and SLAs
Daily/Weekly reporting to Operations Manager
Running inductions for new members of staff
Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times
Minimum qualifications, experience and Academic qualifications: •
Have experience of working in-house or a desire to get into an internal role
Display a business partnering approach
Possess temporary high volume recruitment experience
Have excellent communication skills and capable of dealing with stakeholders of all levels
Possess the ability to work under pressure
