Requirements:
1 year Personal Injury experience.
Good client care skills, provide professional and competent legal advice in accordance with SRA Code of conduct.
Strong IT skills.
Effective business development skills with proven marketing strategies.
Capability to generate fees in accordance with agreed targets.
Proven experience of handling own caseload.
Ability to adhere to and manage deadlines.
Good drafting and writing skills, excellent communication and technical ability.
The role:
Handling a personal injury caseload to include: RTA, Employers liability, Public liability.
Undertaking new instructions, drafting client care letters, uploading files on the portal, sending medical instructions, reviewing medical reports.
Dealing with correspondence, adhere to accurate and comprehensive file management and maintenance practices of caseload according to company policy and procedures.
Drafting court documents, to include, claim form, particulars of claim, witness statements.
