HR ADMINISTRATOR FIXED TERM CONTRACT 31st December 2020 - Bakkavor Spalding (may increase contract length due to business needs)

Based in Spalding office with Opportunity of working from home

Days: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday (can be flexible and can include weekend working )

Standard Hours: 08.30am-17.00pm

Bakkavor Group is a leading manufacturer in the fresh foods market, specialising in developing private label products for top global grocery retailers and well known international foodservice operators.

In the UK, our customers include some of the UKs best known grocery retailers including Tesco, Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Asda and Morrison's, who sell our products to consumers under their respective retail brands.

An additional opportunity has become available working at the Bakkavor Spalding site within the MyHR Employee Services team.

Responsibilities:

You will provide high quality, consistent and compliant administration support to the absence team.

You will ensure that all responses delivered are within agreed parameters in order to maximise customer efficiency, effectiveness and confidence.

Administer HR transactional activities associated with the employee lifecycle promptly and within agreed procedures, standards and timescales.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience of providing administrative support within a busy office environment
Experience, understanding and competent in the use of the Microsoft packages including outlook, word, excel and powerpoint.
Clear and articulate communicator with an excellent telephone manner
Flexibility in approach and thinking
Ability to handle confidential information discretely, professionally and appropriately
A willingness to embrace new HR technologies and changing processes
