My client is a well-established company based in the Stone area, they are a family lead business, offering a great place to work.

They are looking for an additional person on a part time basis to support their Administration Team, working a full day on a Friday and the flexibility to work an additional two days or three afternoons.

The Role:

* Processing customers' orders.

* Management of emails and product enquires.

* Taking phone calls from customers.

* Processing invoices for all sales transactions.

* Ensuring the correct measures and quantities are calculated.

* Checking prices and contracts are up to date.

* Booking delivery of products.

* Processing Feedback.

* Desired experience

You will have:

* High organisational skills and ability to manage various workloads at once.

* Strong communication skills.

* Great attention to detail.

* Time management and management of individual workload

* Strong communication skills.

* Efficient with IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

* An administrative or sales background.

* Ability to remain professional in all circumstances
