The role
We are recruiting a conveyancer who can deal with all types of residential conveyancing for a client in Hemel Hempstead. Although not essential, it will be helpful if the candidate has experience of commercial property work as well. This role will have a varied and interesting caseload which will cover:
* Sale - freehold and leasehold
* Purchase - freehold and leasehold
* Re-mortgage
* Shared ownership
* Right to buy
* New Builds
* Transfer of equity
* Leasehold enfranchisement
* Lease extension
* Lease variation
* First registration
* Trust Deeds
You will also be expected to plan, organise, and participate in marketing and networking events and attend in-house and external training courses.
The firm is a member of the Law Society's CQS Panel.

The role is suitable for a solicitor or legal executive and the successful candidate will be somebody who is prepared to take responsibility and a leading role in business development.
Key requirements are:
* Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
* Highly computer literate
* Clear written and oral communication skills
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and meet targets whilst under pressure
* Strong team player
* Ability to deliver exceptional client care standards to everyone
