Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Community Officer (Comms) for one of the largest Utility companies in the West Midlands.

Community Officer Accountabilities:

Visit customers at their properties, attend community group events and visit external stakeholders to engage and make them aware of impact of unflushables and drive behaviour and attitudinal change
Assist in developing and coordinating activities, material and programmes of customer engagement with domestic customers, community groups, local authorities and other external stakeholders
Collect data and working with strategy and performance teams, design trials, track impact performance, evaluation and benefits and feedback findings with further recommendations or solutions to further build our community blockage engagement strategies and plans
Support operational teams and field coaches to ensure consistency and quality messages for customers regarding unflushables
Experience and Qualification:

Customer Service experience
Proven ability to influence stakeholders.
Excellent verbal, visual, and written communication
Analysis and problem solving skills.
Planning and organising skills

Additional Information:
Location: Field based, covering East and central regions
Hours: 37 hours per week
Rate: GBP14.73/hr
Duration: the role is to start as soon as possible until 30th November 2020 with possibility of extension
