We are currently recruiting for self-motivated FNOL Customer Service Advisors with experience of working within the insurance industry and the drive to succeed.
The successful candidate will be joining a highly regarded Insurance company based in Ipswich Town Centre within the FNOL team and will be providing first class customer service to a range of clients.
Duties or FNOL Customer Service Advisor
* Answering the telephone and logging of First Notification of Loss
* Validation of FNOL against Client policy systems to ensure cover is in place
* Identification of potential fraud, repudiation and voidance
* Handling calls received at source wherever possible. Where this is not possible, returning calls within agreed timescales
* Corresponding with all parties concerned by use of the telephone, letter and any other means appropriate
* Complaint handling within agreed company procedures
* Instruction of recovery agents and repairers
* Assist with Repair Management where appropriate
Skills required
* Experience within an Insurance environment
* Experience of working within FNOL
* A positive and self-confident approach when dealing with customers, brokers and where appropriate representatives of the Company's clients
* Empathy, tact and diplomacy, particularly when interacting with customers
* Ability to work under pressure and with multiple product lines and rulesets
* GCSE English and Maths
* Previous experience of working within a call-centre environment, customer service and/or the field of insurance
* A background in customer relations or experience of conflict resolution would be beneficial
