Commercial Property Solicitor - 2-3 PQE
Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor on behalf of a law firm based in Sheffield.
To be considered for this role you should be a qualified Solicitor with circa 2-3 PQE with experience of handling your own Commercial Property caseload (however, this is just a guide and candidates with more or less experience may also be considered).
You will be handling your own commercial property caseload and assisting with more complex cases with a mixture of work including;
* Buying and selling commercial property
* Dealing with freehold and leasehold purchases
* Adverse possession
* Commercial refinancing
* Commercial leases and tenancies
* Land development
You will be joining a welcoming team that has obtained excellent feedback from clients, therefore you should have a passion for providing high standards of customer service in order to uphold this level of service.
