With Halloween and Christmas just around the corner Baileys Employment Services are delighted to be working with Ferrero Alfreton - home of the Thorntons brand as they expand their customer contact centre team over the festive season.
You will be at the forefront of inbound customer enquiries ensuring that you provide a magical customer experience from beginning to end and beyond.
No two days will be the same - making sure the consumer has a smile on their face will be your primary aim ensuring that Ferrero's enviable reputation and passion for quality is upheld every step of the way.
Who we are looking for???..
We're looking for individuals who have a natural flair for delighting consumers and making sure every experience is a positive one. You'll have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, good knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook and be confident with IT systems.
You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment - it can get pretty busy during peak season so you'll need great time management skills and thrive under pressure.
It's a small and friendly team that you'll be joining so you will also need to work well with others and be able to quickly build rapport and a good working relationship with colleagues. Reliability and your commitment to make a positive contribution to the Ferrero business are a must - a passion for chocolate also helps!
This is a fantastic opportunity to get some brilliant experience on a temporary contract basis until Christmas within a well-known global business with instantly recognisable brands like Ferrero Rocher, Nutella, Kinder, Tic Tac and Thorntons.
Working 5 days over 7 which will include some weekends (either a Saturday or a Sunday once every 3 / 4 weeks). The contact centre is open between 08.30 and 18.00 so you will need to be able to work the following hours; week one 08.30 - 16.30, week two 10.00 - 18.00 and during December you may need to work a shift which finishes at 20.00.
