Due to expansion, we are recruiting for a professional and experienced Call Handler to work on a part-time basis for a busy Dronfield based business.
Duties of the role include:
• Taking high volumes of calls from a variety of clients
• Fielding calls and taking messages
• Booking appointments
• Ad-hoc administration duties
In order to be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role. The hours of the role will vary, but you will be expected to work the majority of Saturdays and one or two days during the week. The hours for Saturday will be 9am to 4pm, and for weekdays could be any time from 9am to 8pm.
