This is an exciting opportunity to join an established Residential Home. You must possess experience of working in the health care sector, be driven and motivated and believe in quality care.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be involved in supporting the daily activities of our residents in a person-centred manner; promoting their dignity, Independence and well-being, and becoming an integral part of their lives.
Job Description: We require a good all-round experienced Senior Health Care Assistant to work in established well-run home. You will be joining a very well established, settled and supportive team who will provide support for you at all times.
Job Requirements: You will be working as part of a team and your key responsibilities include providing care to Residents and ensuring they retain their dignity and individuality.
- NVQ level 3 health and social REQUIRED
- Must be flexible with working pattern
-Proven management experience in a simlar position
-Established leadership skills to manage large teams
-Effective multi-tasking and prioritisation
-Strong commercial awareness - care industry preferred but not required
-Knowledge of CQC and local authority requirements
