We are working on an exciting opportunity for a passionate grower to join a respected wholesale grower of fruit and veg plants.
As a Grower, it would be your job to help to develop the business by growing quality plants from seed to final production. Your duties will include:
Seeding, germination and growing
Motivating and managing a small team
Inspecting the crop for pest and diseases
We are looking for candidates who have a strong horticultural background and experience of working in a commercial nursery. You will have experience of propagation and good growing experience. Candidates from both an ornamental or fresh produce background are equally encouraged to apply.
