Shift Supervisor
Immediate start for a fixed term Shift Supervisor with a strong knowledge of warehouse operations at our Clients modern distribution centre in Dunstable - The Perfume Shop. The work will provide the successful candidate with outstanding career development opportunities within the team and the larger business. Working alongside an experienced account manager, assisting in managing a team of 150 plus operatives.
As a Shift Supervisor you will need to have:
Ability to work accurately and methodically
Good MS office skills particularly in excel
Good communication skills
Flexible approach to duties and tasks
Able to work as part of a team
Warehouse Management experienceDetails:
Shift: Any 5 days out of 7
40 hours per week Must be flexible to work afternoons and weekends
Location: Dunstable
Duration: 6 Months FTC
Salary GBP21,500Job role of a Shift Supervisor:
Manage the daily work plan and adapt this as necessary throughout the work day
Manage and organise daily picking and packing requirements
Maintain housekeeping standards
Maintain high standards of health and safety, security at all time in
Assist with warehouse stock takes on a regular basis using WMSBenefits of working with us as a Shift Supervisor include:
